Il est également situé à 15 minutes à pieds de McGill. Le loyer est de 1358$/mois charges comprises (chauffage, électricité). Des laveuses/sécheuses se situent dans le bâtiment. Le bail se termine le 30 juin 2025 et est reconductible. Les chats sont acceptés (2 maximum). L'appartement est non-fumeur.
