Aux alentours vous avez un dépanneur, un bar, quelques restos, un maxi (5 min de marche), pharmacies, Canadian Tire, SAQ, Provigo, gym, le marché Angus, la rue Ontario… un peu tout ! Petits chiens et chats acceptés ! En ce moment, le loyer est de 1570 CAD par mois (sans rien d’inclus), et à partir de juillet ça passera à 1680 CAD. L’hydro est environ 80 CAD par mois (quand tu chauffes les deux étages, sinon c’est la moité). Le locataire d’avant avait un atelier pour son commerce dans le sous-sol.
