It's a large well lit room with an ensuite bathroom (which includes your own personal sauna). The apartment is spacious at 1800 sq ft. The common areas are the living room, kitchen and laundry room which you will share with two young professionals. All amenities, including Concordia and McGill University are within walking distance. The apartment is available immediately for one to two months. Let me recap some of the room features below. Room Features: * It's REALLY big, the high ceilings make the room feel even BIGGER which is nice if you are indoors a lot *Private ensuite bathroom with sauna *Cafe in the building - Parma Cafe if you want to check out the place yourself on Google *Private deck off the bedroom for you to enjoy that coffee from Parma Cafe :) *Sound insulation, which means despite being downtown you won't hear a lot of street noise. Lets put it this way I've never heard our DJ neighbour practicing :) *Utilities and wi-fi included *Washer and dryer on site *Close to bus stops and metros *The true gems of this apartment are the people you will be living with.
