La période de location est pour 1 ou 2 mois (quelqu'un serait intéressé après cette période) ou pour du long terme (minimum 10 mois) À distance de marche de toute les commodités, du Parc Jeanne-Mance (5 min), du métro Mont-Royal (10 minutes), des épiceries (PA, Segal, Provigo)... Tu partageras l'appartement avec 2 jeunes quadragénaires adeptes de voyage, de musique et d'art. Si vous êtes intéressés, faites-nous signe et accompagné votre réponse d'une brève description. La chambre est à 725$ + Hydro (85$), les assurances (23$) and internet (17$). Donc 850’$ tt inclus. Salutations. ________ Hello! We are renting a room in our superb Mile-End apartment, starting July 1st. It is available for 1 or 2 month ( someone would take over after that period) or for longer term (10 months minimum). Walking distance from all services: 5 min to Jeanne-Mance park, 10 min from Mont-Royal or Laurier metro station, 3 min to Maxi, 10 min to PA or Seagal. There is also a grocery store downstairs. You will be sharing with 2 people in their 40's, travellers & music, animal and life lovers. If you are interested please send a message with a brief description of yourself.
