| Urgent For December 1st Im looking for a 6 month (Theres a possibility for full take over as well in the future), temporary sublet to take my beautiful and bright 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. It is located 5 minutes walk from Namur metro station. The building is also connected to an iga right next door, and is accessible via underground if you do not wish to go outside during the winter. It gets lots of light all day long with south facing windows. It has a very big walk in closet near the entrance that is basically another room. I've been using it as my home office since I moved in. There is a gym, pool and sauna in the building. Apartments comes fully furnished. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Central Air conditioning Heating and internet. It is a pet friendly building (cats and small dogs). But I dont have any pets. If you have any, there is a fee. For 1745 a month it comes fully furnished and ready to use. |
