The building has a laundry room in the basement. The rent includes all utilities except wifi(almost 30$ per month). The apartment is convenient for students as its 4 mins walk to the Downtown campus and 10 mins to Concordia University. Grocery nearby: Provigo, Metro, Marche Lobo, Marche Eden. Parc Jeanne Mance is 15 mins away. The place is almost completely furnished as I am leaving my furniture and utensils there. So you can just move in with your stuff. Since it is a lease transfer, there will be a lease transfer fee which will be split between two tenants. The other room in this apartment will be available by late October as well.
