Our roommate Tushar is leaving for new horizons in Canada he's English-speaking and start to learn French, we want a similar profile to keep the same vibe and all progress to learn new languages The apartment has a large living room ideal for chilling and entertaining, as well as a large terrace perfect for enjoying sunny days. Located just an 8-minute walk from the Mont-Royal metro station, between Parc Lafontaine and Parc Laurier, the location is really top-notch! About the current roommates : - Bassam: 34 years old, just arrived in Montreal with a 2-year PVT. I take time for myself but before arriving I worked at Colgate. I'm always up for new adventures, love to cook (watch out for linguine bolognaise and boeuf bourguignon ), chill out, go for walks and go out. I'm very sociable, a good listener and a good counsellor. - Rémi: 28 years old, I arrived in Montreal in March and work as an IT project manager. You can often find me working on remote from home. Born in the South-West of France, I'm a sociable, positive and sporty person! As a convivial person, I love sharing roommate moments together, whether it's a meal, a game, going out or at home . We've created a nice community vibe between our flat and the flat next door, the aim being to keep that energy going. Floof (our neighbor's cat) is our casa De la Roche mascot, and you can see her sleeping on the terrace or in the house We're in the process of refurbishing the common areas for a warm winter, so if you like decorating, that's a plus Rent: $750 including utilities (Hydro and internet).
