| English below. Nous souhaitons céder le bail de notre tout beau cozy appartement sur le plateau pour le 1er mai (flexible jusqu'en juin). C'est un petit 5 et demi avec 3 chambres fermées. 1 de ces chambres est bien grande, 1 de taille petite-moyenne, 1 très petite / bureau. Toutes ont des fenêtres. Il y a un bel espace commun, un petit espace couvert dehors, un balcon à l'avant et un balcon arrière (pas montré dans les photos, faute de l'hiver). Laveuse-sécheuse, four et frigo appartiennent au proprio et sont inclus. L'appartement se situe au 2ème et il y a une douzaine de marches intérieures pour y arriver. Il se situe sur Sherbrooke au coin de De Lorimier. Le bail se renouvelle tous les ans en date du 20 septembre 2025, et le loyer actuel est de 1800 par mois. We are looking to transfer the lease to our wonderful little apartment on the plateau for the 1st of may (flexible until june). It’s a 5 1/2 with 3 closed rooms. 1 of them is pretty big, 1 of them is medium/small and one of them is very small / like a desk area. All have windows. There’s a beautiful common area, a little covered space and a patio outside (not shown on pictures due to winter). Washer-drier, oven and fridge belong to the landlord and are included in the lease. We are on the 2nd floor and there s a dozen of steps to get here. It’s on Sherbrooke at the corner of De Lorimier. The lease lasts 1 year and gets renewed on the 20th of september, it is set at 1800$ a month.
