| *** Français plus bas Hi everyone, I'm transferring the lease of the wonderful condo I've been living in for the past few years. The place is amazing, I can't believe I'm actually doing this. My girlfriend bought a place and it looks like we'll be moving together. The condo is huge, 823 sq feet. It's technically a 3.5+den but as you can see on the pictures, the den is big and it's bigger than most 4.5's in the area. The lease is cheap, the landlord is an amazing person, mother of 3 and just wonderful. Did not have any rent increase since I moved in. The apartment is fully furnished, electricity is included, basically key in hand ready to live in. There's 4 closets all around, including a small walk-in closet. There's also a balcony. Trust me, this place checks all the boxes. Common areas on top of the building with pool, gym, spa, tv room and all of that. Parking available for 200$/month extra. This transfer is for April 1st. Lease ends in December, possibility of renewal obviously. L'endroit est magnifique, c'est à contre cœur que je dois m'en départir. Ma copine a acheté une maison et elle vient de se décider à m'inviter à emménager avec elle. Le condo est très grand, 823 p2. Techniquement c'est un 3.5 + den mais le den est grand, comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos. Il est plus grand que la majorité des 4.5. Le bail est une aubaine pour l'emplacement, la propriétaire est tellement gentille, mère de 3 et le loyer n'a pas augmenté depuis que j'ai emménagé. L'appartement est entièrement meublé, l'électricité est inclus, prêt à habiter. Il y a 4 grands placards dans l'appartement d'un un de style "walk-in". Énormément d'espace de rangement. Laveuse-sécheuse dans le condo. Il y a également un balcon. Les espaces communs sur le toit comprennent une piscine, un spa, une salle de télévision, cuisine/espace événementiel et un gym. Stationnement disponible pour 200$/mois. Je cherche à transférer mon bail pour le 1er avril. Le bail officiel se termine le 1er décembre, possibilité de renouveler bien entendu.
