Ce n'est pas un rush donc avril; juin, ou juillet marche. - Spacieux 3 1/2, grande chambre fermée (2e photo) et salon (3e photo) - Chauffage et eau chaude inclus; électricité $15-20 - Acces a la piscine; salle de sport, sauna et terrasse (aprés COVID) - Acces au buandrie, dépanneur, salon de coiffure, parking et rack a vélos dans l'immeuble - Réfrigérateur et cuisiniére inclus - 1 min pied de l'Université Concordia, 10 min de McGill - 1 min de la station de métro Guy Concordia - Personnel de bureau 8h-17h, sécurité 20h-7h, concierge 24h Tout ce que vous avez besoin est litéralement 5 minutes a pied et si vous voulez vivre au centre-ville sur un budget comme Je l'ai fait en tant qu'étudiant, vous pouvez créer une deuxiéme chambre comme vous le voyez sur les photos. Il y a encore assez d'espace pour un petit espace commun et cela a bien fonctionné pour moi pendant mes quatre années d'études. Je charge mon coloc $550 pour l'espace dans le salon et j'ai toujours eu plusieurs visites pour me permettre de choisir le meilleur colocataire possible. Jai aussi séjourné/visiter cinq appartements différents dans cet immeuble de 30 étages ses derniéres 3 années et celui-ci est de loin le meilleur pour la vue et la qualité des voisins. There is still enough space for a small common area and it has worked well for me throughout my four years as a student. I charged $550 for the space in the living room and always had several visits to allow me to pick the best roommate possible. I've also either lived or been in five different apartments in this 30-story building in the past 3 years and this one is by far the best for the view and quality of neighbors.
