| Bonjour, Je cherche deux colocataires pour partager mon appart à partir du 15 juillet. Le 1er août est aussi une option! Il est situé en Parc-Extension, environ 8 minutes de marche de les stations Acadie et Parc. C'est un endroit tranquille et lumineux pendant toute l'année, proche du Parc Jarry et plusieurs restaurants et boulangeries. J'inclus l'internet, qui coûte environ $17 par mois, dans le loyer. Le coût de l'électricité est variable mais d'habitude c'est $35-70 par personne tous les deux mois. L'appart se trouve au deuxième étage d'un duplex avec un escalier à l'extérieur. J'ai pas des animaux, mais mon ancien coloc avais un chat et ce n'était pas un problème avec le propriétaire. C'est un endroit non-fumeur mais on a deux balcons où tu peux fumer. Je suis un homme de 32 ans qui a récemment obtenu un diplôme en psychologie. J'aime généralement garder les choses calmes à la maison et idéalement j'aimerais vivre avec des gens qui préfèrent les choses de cette façon aussi. The apartment is on the second floor of a duplex and is accessed by an exterior staircase. I don't have any pets, but my old roommate had a cat and it wasn't an issue for the landlord. It's a non-smoking location, but you can use either of our balconies to smoke. To speak briefly about myself, I'm a 32-year-old man who has recently completed a degree in Psychology.
