This space is simply too big for our needs right now, otherwise we have really enjoyed living here :) Rent is $2000, no rent increase from previous year. It is unfurnished without utilities (approx $70/mnth) or wifi (Bell Fibe hook up already installed). The appliances are not included, they are available to buy outright, or on a rent to own agreement. We purchased them last May from the Brick (still under warranty) & are willing to let them go for a deal! This includes Samsung stove, Midea fridge & Whirlpool washer dryer. For $2200 outright or an additional $200 a month for the first year, then they would be yours to own. You can bring your own appliances if you wish. Une grande chambre (environ 14 pi x 11 pi) avec un petit garde-robe, et une plus petite chambre (environ 11 pi x 9 pi) avec un grand garde-robe. Cet espace est tout simplement trop grand pour nos besoins actuels, sinon nous avons adoré y habiter :) Le loyer est de 2000 $ par mois, sans augmentation par rapport à l’année précédente. Il est non meublé, sans services publics inclus (environ 70 $/mois), sans électroménagers ni wifi (la connexion Bell Fibe est déjà installée). Les électroménagers sont disponibles à l’achat ou via une entente de location-achat. Nous les avons achetés en mai dernier chez The Brick (ils sont encore sous garantie), et nous sommes prêts à faire un bon prix! Cela inclut une cuisinière Samsung, un frigo Midea et une laveuse-sécheuse Whirlpool. Pour 2200 $ comptant ou un supplément de 200 $ par mois pendant un an, ils seraient à vous.
