L'appartement est proche du métro (7 minutes à pied), spacieux, bien éclairé et dispose d'un grand salon qui sera vide à l'emménagement. Il y a un lave-linge/sèche-linge/lave-vaisselle, une salle de bain rénovée et un grand casier de rangement. La personne recherchée doit être non-fumeur et ne pas être allergique au chat.
