The apartment is also close to the store Metro, about a 6 minute walk. It's also close to restaurants on Notre Dame Street. The Lachine Canal is 10 minutes away. The apartment also includes a garage space (included in the rent) if you have a car. I am a PhD student at McGill, and I am quiet so I am looking for someone similar. I host a gathering for my church small group every week, and have some friends over every once in a while. I'm not the partying type though, so the apartment is chill all the time.
