Must be clean in shared areas and respect basic house rules. No home-based businesses allowed. The Apartment: 3-bedroom unit – including you, we’ll be 3 roommates total. Rent includes: – Heat, Hydro, Unlimited Internet – Room size: 9.6’ x 13’ Furnished with clean mattress (with protector), desk, curtains, mirror, shelf & some hangers. Bring your own bedding (sheets, warm blankets, quilt). – Shared kitchen with: 1 shelf per person – Shared fridge/freezer, stove, and kitchen table – Shared dishes, cookware (some exclusions listed in the Roommate Agreement) – Shared bathroom (with one person): weekly cleaning rotation required – Shared hall closet: ¼ hanging space for jacket – Building amenities: Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Indoor Pool, Library Lounge (6 couches), Theatre, Billiards Room – Building services: Laundry, Dep, Pharmacy, Salon, Sewing Store, Clinic – Free street parking – Riverfront location with park access and bike paths Transit: – 15 min walk to the Montreal-side bridge – 20 min bus to Cartier Metro – 20 minute bus to Cote Vertu Metro – Or walk across to catch the 69-Ouest to Henri-Bourassa Metro Extra Expenses: – Key deposit: $40 (refundable at end of lease) Includes building key, apartment key, and laundry card – Water filtration system: $45/year (split 3 ways) Cleaning supplies: shared cost (garbage bags, floor cleaner, sanitizer) – Window cleaning: once per year, shared cost – to be discussed – Mail: Your mail will be placed under your door.
