It has a convenience store and launderette inside, with superintendents on site. At 750 square feet with a big balcony, the suite is significantly larger than a typical one-bedroom condo. It contains a fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware, washing machine, air-conditioner, King bed, couch, table, chairs and wall-mounted TV. The rent includes water, but the tenant pays for their own hydro (cheap in Quebec). Add Videotron cable TV and unlimited WiFi for $55 per month. Add an outdoor parking spot for $75 per month. I am fifth on the waiting list for an indoor parking spot. |
