We share electricity and internet bills (~$70–90/month). May 1st but flexible - call me. Surrounded by trees and two courtyard gardens (one in front and one in the backyard). Next to a park with a picnic table, in a friendly neighborhood. 10-minute walk to Metro Atwater or Lionel-Groulx, IGA, Adonis, cafes, restaurants, Canadian Tire, Cineplex, and shopping centers. Close to the Lachine Canal with bike paths, a huge beautiful park, and local activities. Lots of sunlight in the apartment. Washing machine/dryer, spacious spa bath, and storage room accessible. Comes fully furnished, but you can bring your own as well. Possibility of putting a queen bed — no problem (my past roommate had one). A little bit about me: I’m a working professional and a woman who enjoys making art and staying active in my free time. I live with a very cheerful and friendly cat.
