The landlord is looking for another girl with financial stability and a guarantor residing in Canada. This contract ends in June 2025, but you can extend it without any problem. The apartment features 2 private bedrooms and a washer and dryer in the bathroom. With shared electricity and Internet costs, you can rest assured that your living expenses are manageable. It is located 7 minutes walk from Joliette metro station. At the corner of the block, there is the 67 bus stop, which goes to Saint-Michel station. Pets are not allowed, and smokers and persons that consume a lot of alcohol are not allowed. The rooms are private, so only one woman is accepted, not couples. Only one woman who wants to move in as early as the first week of October will be selected.
