| 1 Room available in a 4 1/2 with only one roomate for GIRLS : I am looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my house this February 1st till summer and if we get along we can prolong that to the year after . This house is in a very calm area with lots of nature, 2 minute away from 3 bus stations which one of them takes you to the metro station snowdon thats not even a 20 min walk if you don't wanna take the bus. The rent is 880 $ and it includes hot water and heating and the kitchen is fully equipped and the room has a one person bed , a table and a closet. the room also has a lot of natural lights coning from a big window and a balcony . About me : I’m a 20 yo student at university that also works which is the reason we might not see each other often ,i’m very calm and friendly so if you’re looking for somewhere chill to live and you are a VERY CLEAN PERSON i think this is perfect for you If you’re interested send me a description about yourself with a picture . |
