| Our house has 5 furnished bedrooms available for rent for University or College Students. The house is very clean and well maintained. We include (at no additional charge) the services of a Cleaning Lady who cleans the entire house (including your room) every 2 weeks. The house is a 15 minute drive to U of O and downtown Ottawa. If you have a car, parking is available at the house for an additional monthly charge. If you use Public Transit, there is a bus stop in front of the house. The bus trip to downtown Ottawa takes approximately 35 minutes. All of the current Tenants living at the house are University students. The entire house is smoke-free and is available for non-smokers only. The lease runs from July 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025 (14 months). The rent includes all utilities and the use of the following items: - Air Conditioning - High-speed WI-FI - Cable TV Service - Large screen SMART TV in the Living room - Refrigerator / Freezer - Double-Oven & Stove - Dishwasher - Washer & Dryer - Swimming Pool - Large Patio in Back Yard with Bar-B-Q All Students who rent rooms in our house tell us it is the best student accommodation they have ever lived in.
