Accès à la cuisine, laveuse à linge, système d'alarme, meublé, bienvenue aux étudiants internationaux, à 2 rues du Pavillon Lucien-Brault de l'UQO, à 7 minutes d'Ottawa en autobus. Pas de stationnement ou peut-être si vous avez une petite voiture qu'on peut essayer de s'arranger. Aucun autre animal possible, j'ai un chien d'assistance en formation et mon bail permet juste mon chat actuel. Le chien est hypoallergène, caniche royal qui ne perd pas son poil, il est splendide et doux malgré qu'il est gros. Le partage du ménage des aires comunes est obligatoire. Je fume à l'intérieur, si vous avez des convictions contre les fumeurs svp vous abstenir, merci Furnished basement, shared appartment, semi private bathroom, access to the kitchen and cloth washer, no parking but if you have a small car we can try if we fit. No animal can be accepted because I am training a service dog and only my cat is allowed on the lease, the dog is pur bread magnificient great poodle, very soft and obedient, it does not loose it's hair and hypoallergenic. There's an alarm system and a little bit of storage if needed. The cleaning task of comune areas are mandatory. Very close to bus routes, 2 streets away from University in Hull and 7 minutes by bus to Ottawa. Ideal for international studdents, for only one person. Thanks |
