Non-Smokers only. 100 metres from the bus stop for bus routes to the University of Ottawa, the UQO, and downtown Ottawa. Walking distance to shopping (Maxi, Galleries de Hull), restaurants, and cafés on Boulevard Saint Joseph. Close to Gatineau Park. No parking. Permits are available from the City of Gatineau for parking on the street, but that gets complicated in the winter. I have lived here for fourteen years and am the contact in the apartment with the landlord. I have signed the lease (no one else is required to sign).
