| Description |
| I am looking for 1 or 2 roommates to move in with me in July as my current roommate is moving out. It is a detached house with a big yard, close to grocery stores, parks and public transit. There are two small bedrooms and one bigger bedroom available, all on the second floor. I use the basement as my bedroom/office. Note: I have pets, so you met be okay with that. If you have pets of your own, I am open to that, to be discussed. I am queer/trans and neurodivergent, so I'm looking for someone willing to contribute to a safe and inclusive home. The cost of rent + utilities (including internet) would be $1460/month if I split with just one roommate, or $975/month if I split with two roommates. Appliances (oven, fridge x2, washer, dryer, dishwasher and chest freezer) are included. |
