I am looking for someone mature that will threat the property with respect. It's a monthly based rent. Renewal is available through good payments and respect. A letter of employment or a student letter is required with 2 pieces of identifications and a 650$ deposit. We will share the same entrance but you will have your full privacy with a lock on the door. Also, you have access to the kitchen on the main floor, the laundry room and the backyard with party place. There is plenty of parking if you own a car. You can find many grocery stores near by and it's a 5 minute drive from the Plateau of Aylmer. Close to a bus stop and the following places by car : 1) 5 minutes from the Aylmer Marina; 2) 5 minutes from the Ottawa bridge; 3) 10 minutes from University of Québec; 4) 15 minutes from downtown Ottawa. Here are my expectations: - Respect the property and it's goods; - No drugs or smoking weds; - Payment rent before or on the first gay of the month. - Give me a 72 hours heads up if you want to throw a birthday/party. |
