The location is in central, historic Hull, less than a 2 minute drive across the bridge to Ottawa and a 15 minute scenic walk across the pedestrian bridge into downtown Ottawa. It is located on a lovely street across from an historic building, and one block in from the Ottawa River. There are paths all along the Ottawa River for strolling or cycling. You are also only one block from the Museum of History. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living space with a flat screen T.V. for streaming. The bedrooms has a comfortable Queen-size bed. The rental rate ranges between $1450 - $1600 / month . If parking is needed, there is a small additional cost . The rental rate is all inclusive- utilities, heating and cooling, high speed internet (wifi ) and T.V. (streaming). We have a three month minimum stay period.
