| Hi everyone! I am looking for a new roommate starting in December! Current lease ends May 31st. Ideally the lease will be transferred :) I don’t have pictures of the room at the moment because it is not mine, however it is very large and has its own half bathroom, and walk in closet . Room is unfurnished, except for possibly a bed. This is a 4 1/2 in Dorval. The complex has a laundry unit, and exterior parking available for $60 a month. Hydro is not included, and is about $20 a month, insurance is also $20 a month. Cats are welcome ⬛ Rent also includes a nice storage room which is shared with me :) I am ideally looking for a girl roommate! About me: I’m a third year undergraduate student at McGill.
