| The room of my roommate is going to be available starting May 1st! The apartment is a 4½ (two bedrooms, one living room and one kitchen), is on the last floor and has a balcony. It is located in NDG at the corner of Cote-Sainte-Catherine and Cote-Des-Neiges at 5-10 minutes of walk from the orange and blue metro lines. It is close to the University of Montreal, the Jewish General Hospital and Sainte-Justine Hospital. The rent is divided in two (600$ each) and it includes the heating. The electricity and internet are not included in this price and will also be divided in two (approximately 50$ per month each). Every furniture in the kitchen and the living room are shared (washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, etc.). Additionally, there is air condition in the living room only. The sets are quite complete, but if you already have some furniture you want to keep we can discuss about it. On the other hand, there is no extra space to store furniture. The furniture for the available bedroom are not mine. If you do not have your own furniture, we can discuss about it. |
