| I'm looking to rent a furnished room in my new home this summer, July 1-September 30. $750/month. I won't be fully moved in 'til July 15 so you will have it mostly to yourself for a bit. Do you know someone here for the summer who wants a pied-à-terre by the river and community trail? 5 minute walk to the beach. Small road off of Gleneagle in Chelsea, Qc. Medicinal and veggie gardens, great light, cottage vibes. Woman or female identifying preferred please due to the layout. I am looking for someone who is a good fit: chill, respectful, tidy, open minded, with stable work. A plus if you like gardening and are handy, into little reno projects. 15 min to Gatineau by car. Public transit to the city via Transcollines available at highway 105, a 5 minute walk up the road. Please email me a bit about yourself and we can take it from there. Details: - Appliances are available and include washing machine and dryer, fans, dehumidifier, dehydrator; - Access to storage space; - There is 1 bathroom, shared. - There is a private outdoor space with a large yard, garden, trees, backing onto a community trail for biking, walking; - Access to Gatineau river (5 min walk away); - Country living 15 minutes from town; - Kitchen fully equipped; - Open concept living room; - Note: There is no air conditioning.
