Info below; Beautiful, clean newer 3 bedroom, two bathroom, 5 level house (finished basement level, foyer level, spacious kitchen and dining level, living room/laundry room/bathroom level and then upstairs bedroom/bathroom level) appliances included (fridge, stove, washer, dryer) backyard has deck, beautiful green space in backyard so no direct neighbour's behind -Privacy! 5 minute walk to all dix30 areas. 5 minute walk to dog park, and the arena and skatepark. Lovely quiet area. Main Closesf main intersections are boulevard de Rome and boulevard du Quartier. Price: $2500 per month, utilities extra (hydro, internet, energir, tenant insurance required) rent will remain the same upon next lease contract. Can offer partially furnished or unfurnished.
