| Quiet, private neighborhood, lots of trees and serenity! We are a small family whose circumstances have changed, we are looking to share our relaxing environment with responsible and respectful people! We have serveral rooms available, if you work from home a seperate office could also be available. The house is recently renovated, includes electricity, hot water and fast unlimited wifi 6e at 3GBs. It features a 25x45 saltwater pool with a deep end! All closed rooms have a window and a closet. Available furnished or not. Pet friendly, 420 friendly but smoking is outdoor only. We have a large, completely private backyard with more than enough space for everyone to have their own zone but the interior is strickly non smoking. There is private parking available if your drive and if not, we are 3 mins away from 211 bus stop or 10mins walk to a train station.
