House has all new appliances, washer/dryer on main floor. Approx. 10 minute drive to UPEI, 20 minutes to downtown Charlottetown. Bedroom has good size closet furnished with queen bed, nightstand and dresser, however, can be unfurnished if preferred. Second room will be empty to furnish as they wish. Shared main level living space with mature, professional female and Cash, my 10 year old, goofy, lovable golden doodle. Lower level of house occupied by 20 year old son. Must have own transportation, not walking distance to a bus stop. Sorry, no cats. MAY consider someone with a dog IF Cash agrees. References required. |
