Walking distance to U.P.E.I. (13 min). Room is available Jan 1st. Parking is available. Room is in a lovely, large and CLEAN house located on Mount Edward Road in Charlottetown. Room is FULLY furnished with a good quality queen size bed, dresser, student desk, couch, 2 closets. The Xlarge kitchen, den, patio are shared by all. You would be sharing 1.5 bathrooms with 4 other people. (The house has 6 rooms but one room has its own full bath). Everything you need to cook and eat with is available for you to use. The house is within walking distance (13 min) to the university (UPEI), a large grocery store, shopping mall, and cinema, gym. ALL INCLUDED IN RENT: - wifi high speed internet access -free laundry facilities (washer and dryer) -heat, electricity, hot water, dishwasher, oven, cooking range, microwave, 3 full size fridges, deep freezer, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, - large private back deck with BBQ - Grass cutting and snow removal Other Info: Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house - NO PETS - NO PARTIES - mattress is 884 pocket coil quality queen size. - One month security deposit required. -Cleaning is a shared responsibility between all tenants, cleanliness is enforced by the landlord via the lease - Having a guest over occasionally is permitted - this is a quiet home with studious U.P.E.I. students.
