A private room (not furnished), and other parts of the apartment such as kitchen, bathroom and laundry is to share with me (Girl). For 700 CAD /month. Water and heater are included, hydro we will split every month. Right now I don't have Wi-Fi because I don't need it, but we can consider to get one if both agree to pay for it.
