| Fully furnished room in a 2 bdrm townhouse with 1 other person at Dufferin and Lawrence available for rent. You would have your own room and washroom. Share the common areas. Must love animals as there are 2 dogs and 4 cats who absolutely love to cuddle and play all of the time in the home. Looking for a quiet individual. Once or twice a week I'll need you to pet sit if I have to go out for a bit, and it would be amazing if you could take the dogs for walks once in a while. They are all very sweet and a lot of fun. It is a meat free home, so no cooking or eating meat in the home, and you must have good hygiene. (I've had some bad experiences before). The house is in an amazing location, with the ttc outside the door, Lawrence W subway station is a 5 minute walk away and there are 2 malls minutes away, outlet shopping, a grocery store and a Shoppers Drug Mart next door.
