| I live in a 5 bedroom Century house alone with a rescue dog and a cat.I will only rent one room.I am 60 year old male non smoker and non drinker.One parking spot.Own bathroom and shared kitchen and common space.ALL UTILUITIES INCLUDED AS WELL AS INTERNET.I am located near Montebello Park.Very quiet lifestyle.Must be fully employed or be a Student.Available May or June 1st.Will also accept someone who may work in the city a few days a week at discount rate.Cannot allow new pets in home.I have had my first covid shot two weeks ago and will get the 2nd show in the first week of August.If you are looking for a place for a few months i will consider also. |
