The house is large and comfortable with a front and back yard, garage and parking. The three rooms upstairs share a bathroom. Kitchen and living spaces are shared, with two refrigerators and storage space for kitchen essentials. Laundry room has a washer and dryer. Tidiness and cleanliness is essential. Tenants are required to do daily cleanup of common areas as you use them, and share yardwork and snow removal.
