| We’re looking for a third housemate to join our cozy home in desirable Bloor West Village just a short walk from the subway and a 30-minute commute to downtown Toronto. There's one bright, private, unfurnished room that can fit up to a king sized bed! The shared space is an entire house with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, basement and backyard. This area is incredibly well connected to transit and bike lanes. Everything you need is within a 10-minute walk, and it's a 20-minute walk to High Park. Rent is $1,200 per month plus utilities (about another $100) You’ll be living with two friendly, creative housemates in their late 20s who are both nerdy types into music, arts and games. We’re looking for someone clean and respectful and who might be down for the occasional hang. |
