| Looking to rent a room with there only being me and the landlord. This is a tall order I know, I’ll be like a ghost in your place as far as clean up and sound goes. if I rent a room there’s a high chance I will also have to go through a break up so I’ll maybe be a bit sadish for the first bit but I should be able to hide and control it. This person and I have been through a lot with then in the last 5 years. It’s really important that where I live is a quiet neighbourhood. Looking for next to no drive by traffic. Smoke free is preferred I can do chores and maintenance or help at least. I’m pretty good with knowing what needs to be done in the house changing filters, filling salt, grass dusting, vacuum etc garbage recycling. The saying it’s never too late will soon no longer apply to me so this is a crucial time I must start making better moves and investments of my time. I really don’t want to leave this person but I’m not doing them any good and I’ve been aware of this for a while now. My employment situation is not the best but I never missed rent and I never gave anyone a hard time who asked me to leave even with short notice and I have references for that. I don’t want to put too much here but I’ll finish with saying im looking to reduce costs and maybe find a long term place to live. It’s pretty scary the idea of not being with this person any longer. My end goal would be to get my own apartment. Thanks for alll your time |
