| This is a very large house near Constance Bay and I am looking for a house mate. This rental includes 2 private rooms and private bath. We are at opposite ends of the house, and only share the kitchen and common area. It is a beautiful location, across the street from the Ottawa river, near the end of a dead end street, and no back neighbour. I worked in Ottawa, it is only 25 minutes or under to the 417 @ March Rd. I have renovated the main bedroom and the bathroom, the 2nd room is being painted, pictures to come. Rooms are 12x12 and 12x10 with double door closets, and includes a linen closet, outside the bathroom. Rooms can come partially furnished. On property parking, laundry (washing machine only, hang to dry), window AC, good cell phone reception, short drive to sandy beaches. 1.5 GB Fibe unlimited internet. I love pets, Panda Bear is the Newf you see in the pictures, it is a point I would consider. I have no pets right now. I'm semi-retired, and have a keen interest in all things enviromental. |
