This medium-term rental is best suited for professionals transitioning to Vaughan or on short term work contracts, students, interns and long-term visitors. Occupancy available for one female only. Accommodation consists of a self-contained room with a twin bed, night table, desk and chair, 4 drawer dresser, laundry basket, and closet. Common areas include a kitchen/eating area, bathroom, main floor laundry facilities and front porch. As this accommodation is in a private residence occupied by a family, guests are required to respect rules such as no smoking, vaping or use of recreational drugs, no visitors, no pets and limited use of fragranced products. We seek only a female resident. Rent of $1100/month includes all utilities, wifi, laundry facilities, all cleaning and laundry supplies, bed linens, pillows, towels, privacy blinds, and use of all small and large kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils and cookware, storage for dry goods, fridge and freezer space.
