| I have a very nice Home in Colchester, that may be for rent this coming Winter, as I am traveling to Florida for six months..............so it can only be Snowbirds that have chosen not to go south anymore and do not have a place after the RV Parks close.............I want older Retirees only...............no parties, no smoking and no damage.........the home is totally furnished and I need to feel comfortable, with who I am leaving in charge of my Home..........please understand, I need proof that you have a place for the Spring and Summer.........I would be gone from November 1st until the end of April, so that works for the dates RV Parks are closed and re-open..............if you are interested, please ask any questions you have and be prepared for me to ask questions too............I have not decided my price yet but it will be lower than Market............it's a beautiful Ranch home, on a nice street................I am not going to post pictures, I will show them to people I feel would qualify..............but be assured, it's a well cared for and comfortable home...........attached garage for Winter parking as well.............. |
