| I have a small two story duplex to share. I live here. Unfurnished livingroom and bedroom with an on-suite bath, so it's basically like you are renting a one bedroom apartment with a shared kitchen and other spaces around the house. Furnished is possible. I have many furnishings or you can furnish. I don't have a full bed at this point. I am looking for a stable person and prefer someone that works; simply because I work from home and I don't want to spend all day with or tripping over someone else. The place is spacious and you will have your own space but it's not huge. Location is west Windsor VERY close to the University of Windsor; however it is not open to students as I am looking for someone who is sharing my home who is not young. Kitchen is fully furnished with dishes and small appliances etc. There is free laundry facilities inside the unit that we use during off peak hours. There is also off street free parking for one vehicle Costs If you rent this unit you will be month to month providing first and last. You will share entegrus utilities which averages from $100 to $150 per month. And share internet which is roughly $52. I like a peaceful home and don't drink or smoke pot and don't really want any of that here, or coming home under the influence etc. Also no pets. There is a yard. I also prefer no overnight guests. Basically things of mutual respect to eachother. My current roommate is still here. It's a nice clean tidy home but my current roommate is leaving and everything is upside down at the moment.
