Looking for my next roommate to come join living with me in my 9th floor West Windsor apartment with flexible move in date of May 15-June 1. Offering 1 bedroom(unfurnished) for single person in my fully furnished apartment. Apartment is located 15 minutes walk from shopping plazas, Sandwhich town, Ambassador Bridge & UoW. I recently moved into this unit in February and it has been a labour of love with more projects to come (bye bye ugly kitchen cabinets). Rent includes internet, access to my subscriptions on main TV, unlimited attention from my 2 adorable cats (sorry no other pets allowed), balcony with views of the new Gordie Howe bridge. You also have access to all kitchen utensils & cookware and appliances. Room can comfortably fit a double bed and additional bedroom furniture with a large closet (photos are of current roommates set up). Boarder is responsible for own groceries and house hold items. Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels etc) are a shared expense amongst us. Paid parking is available for extra or free street parking. Building is a secured 70 unit building with buzzer access and locked mail room and in-building laundry. Current roommate has been living with me for 2 years and is moving due relocating to be with their partner. A little about me: I’m a queer early 30s individual working full time as well as being in school part time. I have an active social life, hosts get togethers as well as a partner who visits. Ideal Roommate: Looking for a long term roommate, atleast a year. I’m more interested in our living compatibility than anything else as we should be able to be at peace when at home and trust each other. - Maintains tidiness and cleanliness - Shares in weekly cleaning of apartment - Is not noise sensitive - Must be LGBTQ friendly (this is a safe space) - Able to communicate needs (roommate check ins to make sure we are staying respectful of each other) - Comfortable with guests coming over Interested applicants will meet with me to determine personality/living compatibility to make sure we’re a match. First and last months rent required.
