| I am currently leasing a house that is now up for sale. I have been searching for a new place to live. The prices have brought me to this level now. I want to live in a house or a apartment. I am 51. I have a Cat who is perfect house pet. I am a bit excentric. A physical fitness enthusiastic type. A home cook. I work full time as a construction worker for a company that is renovations subcontractor. I currently have a house. The house has room for one roommate now. To go with me through this house being for sale. We could then team up to find a house to rent. I seen one for $1750+ utility. We could share that. Or split on a two bedroom. Possibly I might be able to keep this one. I am not being asked to leave as of yet. Hopefully the house will sell to a landlord that wants to keep me here. If that's the case then rent is $750 per month here. I would prefer to live with a woman. I'm okay with living with a man. But keep in mind I am considered to be with the rainbows. I am not in a relationship. I was married to a woman and I am divorced. I just am looking for a friend to go through this all with. |
