| Hey! My friends and I are looking for 1 more roommate to join us in our 5 Bedroom home. We are a mixed house, currently 2 males and 2 females, in CMF, Psych and Concurrent Education at the University. Rooms are available May 1st, but earlier dates are possible. The main floor is fully furnished, including 2 leather couches and a 55” flat screen with a Roku. High speed wifi through MNSi is provided if you're into gaming, or just to make online classes a bit less of a pain. The kitchen is clean, organized and fully-loaded with appliances; plus, a BBQ outback! The available (unfurnished) bedroom is located in the basement with a convenient side door, plus a cozy sitting area. There’s also the laundry room and a half bathroom. The location has super easy access to several amenities like Food Basics, Shoppers, Tim Hortons and bus routes and some awesome restaurant locations down Ouellette. The 1C/1A bus stop is directly across the street making the University of Windsor or Devonshire Mall only a 15min ride away.
