My wife and I would like to meet our new tenant first for coffee and get comfortable. Must be clean! Clean after yourself. Like dishes, washroom and you’re own room. Not furnished, we want new furniture to be moved in! So new bed. We won’t allow any other furniture to be moved in. Sorry about that. Location: Dixon Rd & Kipling Ave No Frills, Dollarama, Shoppers, Pizza Pizza, Beer Store, Family Clinics, Gas Stations, Subway, Chinese Food, Walmart, Costco & More! It’s myself, wife and mother in law. We are a very cool and chill family. We mind our own business. First and last is required. Proof of income is required. I will also write up a contract to protect us both. We are looking for someone to rent long term! Wi-Fi and TV are included in price. Utilities are included as well. More photos will be provided.
