| ***not looking to fill a room immediately*** Mid 30's guy here, single, with no pets or kids. I don't drink or smoke, I'm easy to get a long with, and I keep my personal space clean. I'm currently working for myself from h̶o̶m̶e̶ wherever I rent. My schedule is work, gym, cooking, and more work (I'd like a house one day as well). I moved out of a room in December 2024 on short notice (landlord wanted to sell), and ended up taking another room that's way overbudget. Because of this, I don't plan to stay longer than 6 months (although I could leave earlier or stay a bit later for the right opportunity). I'd actually prefer to leave now, but the lady I found is super nice and I promised I'd stay a while. I'm specifically looking for an ensuite, a parking space, and I need access to a kitchen. Other than that, I'm flexible. I don't have a ton of material things, so moving is not a challenge. I'm not keen on places that would be described as dirty, loud, or cramped. No offense of course. Just personal preference. I'm polite, I understand boundaries and personal space, and I enjoy getting a long with the people I live with. Cleanliness is important to me and so are house rules. I'm hoping the good qualities I have enough to forgo an insanely high rent. If I seem like someone you'd be interested in and you have a room in KW/Cambridge/Guelph or surrounding area, AND your vetting people for rooms in the next 6 months, or if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
