Ideal location which is close to all amenities and public transport. Very close to Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Tim's, LCBO, Bulk Barn, and more. 1-minute walk to the closest bus stop. 5-minute walk to Mohawk College. The upper unit is occupied by 3 male working professionals of which two of them work from home. We usually spend our weekdays working and weekends chilling out. Looking for like minded respectful individuals. We have a cat and a dog who are really friendly and hence are not accepting any more pets for now. We keep our home clean and tidy, we expect the person coming in to do the same. There are 2 rooms occupied by ladies in the basement which is a separate unit with a separate entrance. The upper unit where the room is located has 4 bedrooms, 2 big living rooms with a fireplace and 2 washrooms in total all furnished. 2 people share one washroom. The driveway can accommodate 5 cars and we currently have 3. There is also a great backyard which has a patio and a garage. Laundry is located in the basement.
