The unit features your own private bedroom and bathroom, shared kitchen, central AC, all appliances including a dishwasher and in-suite laundry, a balcony, and additional storage. The common areas will be furnished. The lease starts August 1st and is for one year, $1000 rent includes all utilities. Walkable to UWindsor and very close to a grocery store. Additional fees: Off-street parking is $25, street parking is free. Internet is $25+HST. Bonuses: You are welcome to share my Costco membership (household card) and UWindsor parking pass (when I am not using it). |
