Large property with pond includes parking, storage trailer, handyman garage with tools and supplies, gazebo, fire pit, barbeque, sports playing area which includes outdoor skating, and swimming. Tenants share with each other and the Landlord/Owner, kitchen, toilet, shower, rec room, fireplace, laundry, and hot tub. Private rental rooms from $600 to $1000 per month are available furnished or unfurnished to financially sound, polite, and quiet individuals interested in longer-term rental with 1 to 2 people per room only. An additional person in a rental room can be approved by the Landlord for an extra cost. A Tenant can also switch rooms according to availability/size/price. My place is ideally suited for someone who likes countryside living, outdoors, nature, sports, DIY projects. Being outdoorsy, I enjoy sharing with tenants and friends sports equipment such as bikes, canoes, tents, etc. At my home, I am also looking for a helper for bicycle repairs and sales.
